Summer is here! Bet this is your favorite season too, right? Well, in the Philippines we only enjoy the rainy…
A low-cost weekend is one of the greatest things on Earth. Fortunately, you won’t have a hard time fitting a small budget for a great weekend when you’re on the Land of Roses. How? Read this guide to know how, where and why you should be partying in Bulgaria.
Alas! I can finally tick-off skiing from my bucket list. Not that my skiing skills are something to be proud of but this winter activity has been on my list for a long time already. This tropical girl, born under the sun, finally got her hands on these skiing gears and that, my friend, is something that I can rejoice– for now. For the skills? Well, I guess I can improve that later on.
Netherlands is one of the top tourist destinations in Europe. Regardless if you’re up for a week-long excursion in Germany or you’re in the middle of your Eurotrip, a side trip to the Netherlands is always a must in your itinerary. Who would dare to skip sight-seeing rows of beautiful tulips, cruising the long rivers, and enjoying an afternoon with freshly made stroopwafels? I’m not sure about you but skipping these off my list is unforgivable. Aside from that, there’s definitely more to this kingdom than these wonderful travel gems.
Dumaguete City is quite popular as the perfect place to chill out and unwind from the stressful metropolis traffic. But apart from the laidback vibes of the city, it also opens doors for adventure seekers like scuba divers where they can explore the rich marine life in Apo Island. Swimming with sea turtles or pawikan is also possible even for the frustrated swimmers like me.
South Cebu roadtrip.. why not?
A spontaneous road trip is one of the ultimate travel goals so why not take a tour in South Cebu? The Southern part of Cebu leaves you with choices of adrenaline-pumping and relaxing activities– both on the same side of the plate. So without further adieu, here’s how we conquered South Cebu with our 2 days and 1-night road trip experience.
If you’re someone who has been to Cebu or proudly from Cebu, I’m pretty sure you already ticked off Osmeña Peak and Kawasan Falls in your list. I guess I am an exception though because even though I was born and raised in Cebu I have never been to these spots until recently. Located in South Cebu, these two usually go together in every trips whether you’re a mountaineer or a mere tourist who wants to explore the highest point of Cebu and down to the enchanting waters of Kawasan Falls. If you’re planning on a Cebu adventure, you might want to add these two in your itinerary.
Last July 31, I went to Kalanggaman Island together with my friends. It was a very nerve-wrecking experience that the squad will never forget.
Based on my record, it’s not all the time that I trust myself on spontaneous decisions most especially when travelling. I’m not born with the inner compass in me. I suck at geography and I don’t have a sense of direction. And for the record, I’d like to blog about my Aloguinsan-Pinamungajan escapade. For once, I attended into my spontaneous self.
To end my three-day Toledo escapade, our last activity to tick off from our checklist is a day at the Hermit’s Cove. I first thought that this place might be a “hermit crabs sanctuary” because what else could its name come from? It’s a beach.
